Spiced Banana Raisin Bread is the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and chewy. This bread is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even as a dessert. It’s easy to make and will leave your kitchen smelling amazing!

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp ground ginger
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
5. Slowly add in the mashed bananas, stirring until fully incorporated.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
7. Fold in the raisins.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and allowing it to cool completely on a wire rack.
