Gluten-Free Red Velvet Layer Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

- 3 large eggs

- For the frosting:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease two 9-inch round cake pans with coconut oil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the melted coconut oil and sugars until light and fluffy.
