Ingredients:
Cake:

– 1 cup buttermilk

– 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cream Cheese Frosting:
– 4 tablespoons butter, softened
– 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
