Ingredients:

-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
-1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, at room temperature
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 cup light brown sugar
-1 large egg, at room temperature
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder until combined.

  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
