Classic Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. Mix in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in the oats and raisins, mixing until evenly distributed.
