Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup nut butter
Directions:
- In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until a smooth consistency is achieved.
- In the same bowl, add the eggs and whisk together until both ingredients are well combined.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt and mix until everything is incorporated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking oil.
- Spoon the batter onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
- Carefully flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is lightly browned.
