Savory Chicken and Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch refrigerated pie crust
  • 3/4 cup cooked, diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
