Tarragon-Flavored Lobster and Corn Quiche
This decadent quiche is a delicious combination of sweet corn, succulent lobster, and fragrant tarragon. The perfect center piece for a special brunch, this quiche is sure to impress.
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch premade pastry crust
- 2 cups cooked lobster, diced
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine lobster, corn, and onion.
- Spread cream cheese in the bottom of the pastry crust.
- Spread the lobster and corn mixture over the cream cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, pepper, tarragon, and salt.
- Pour egg mixture over the lobster and corn.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
