Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the balsamic reduction sauce in the prepared pie crust.
