Smoked Salmon and Dill Quiche Pie
This quiche pie is the perfect savory treat that will leave your family and friends wanting more. Made with smoked salmon, dill, and a host of other flavorful ingredients, this quiche pie is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch refrigerated piecrust
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- Unroll piecrust and fit it into the pie plate. Crimp the edges.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add smoked salmon, dill, eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into the piecrust. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
