Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked crabmeat, flaked
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Stir in the Gruyere cheese, crabmeat, parsley, green onions, and red peppers.
