Goat Cheese and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 Pie Crust
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Goat Cheese
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Place the pie crust in the pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cream until smooth. Stir in the goat cheese, spinach, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley until combined.
