Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup grated beetroot
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
