This delicious No-Egg Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Filling is the perfect treat for any special occasion. Ingredients:
Cake:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup vegan margarine
– 1 cup white sugar
– 1 cup plant-based milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Filling:
– 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
– 1/4 cup white sugar
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons water
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
