Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs and mix until blended.
2. Add in flour, cornmeal, and baking soda and mix until fully incorporated.
3. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
4. Drop batter in 1/4 cup portions onto the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side.
