Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:


-1 cup of chickpea flour
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
-1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
-1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together chickpea flour, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey.
4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
6. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
