Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together, then add to the apples and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Unfold the puff pastry sheets and place one on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Arrange the apple cubes evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Optional:
