Ingredients:


– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, beat the oil and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until combined. Add the buttermilk and vanilla and mix until combined.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
