Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
