Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 tsp Tajin seasoning
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup white sugar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup dried mango, chopped
– Tajin seasoning for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp of Tajin seasoning.
3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
5. Mix in the mashed bananas until well combined.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just incorporated.
7. Fold in the chopped dried mango.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the top with additional Tajin seasoning.
9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
