S’mores-Infused Banana Bread

This delicious twist on banana bread combines the gooey goodness of s’mores with the classic flavors of banana bread. Each bite is filled with the perfect balance of chocolate, marshmallow, and banana flavors, making it the ultimate treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
5. Mix in the mashed bananas until well combined.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
7. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
