"Green Tea Banana Bread with a Twist of Matcha"

Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 2 eggs
– 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder.
3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in the chopped walnuts, if using.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
