Ingredients:
– 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup of melted butter
– 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup of granulated sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup of heavy cream
– 1/2 cup of salted caramel sauce
– Sea salt, for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the sugar, then mix in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and mix until well combined. Pour the cheesecake filling onto the cooled crust.
4. Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake filling. Using a knife, swirl the caramel into the filling.
5. Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
6. Let the cheesecake cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to loosen it from the pan. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Before serving, drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle sea salt on top for an extra touch of saltiness.
8. Slice and serve this indulgent Rich Salted Caramel New York Cheesecake and enjoy every bite!
