Recipe: Decadent Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup milk chocolate chunks
– 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
– 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well combined.
6. Fold in the milk chocolate chunks, dark chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips.
7. Using a cookie scooper or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
