Ingredients:

  • 1 package graham crackers (about 9-10 full sheets)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place graham crackers in a food processor and process until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt and process until the mixture is combined. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
