Walnut-Crusted Cranberry Orange Cheesecake
This decadent Walnut-Crusted Cranberry Orange Cheesecake is the perfect treat for any occasion. Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch springform pan with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
