Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegan mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 packages vegan ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, vegan mascarpone, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Place vegan ladyfingers in an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour vegan cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the cooled vegan tiramisu.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
