Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vegan mascarpone
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 packages vegan ladyfingers
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine vegan cream cheese, vegan mascarpone, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Place vegan ladyfingers in an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.

- Remove from oven and let cool.
