Vegan Sticky Toffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vegan margarine
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan toffee sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the vegan margarine and light brown sugar.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
