Vegan Sticky Toffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan margarine
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup vegan toffee sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, cream together the vegan margarine and light brown sugar.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
