This vegan peanut butter and chocolate cake is a perfect dessert for any occasion. Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegan butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and coconut sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter or coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
