Vegan Dark Chocolate Cherry Cake

Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegan sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and line a 9-inch round baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
