Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips, melted for the glaze

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
