Vegan Chocolate Mocha Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee, cold
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with vegan butter and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
