Vegan Chai Spice Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the frosting
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
