Thyme and Bacon Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter. Slowly stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
- Fold in bacon and thyme leaves.
- Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
