Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Thai-style iced tea
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 tablespoon Thai-style iced tea
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and butter until light and creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the Thai-style iced tea and milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
