This Cinnamon-Sugar Swirled Snickerdoodle Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It’s a delicious combination of a snickerdoodle cookie crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a sweet cinnamon-sugar swirl. The result is a creamy and rich cheesecake that’s sure to please everyone.
Ingredients:
Crust:
-1 package of snickerdoodle cookie mix
-1/3 cup of melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
-1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
-1/2 cup of white sugar
-1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 eggs
Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl:
-1/4 cup of white sugar
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 tablespoon of melted butter
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 inch springform pan with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mix together cookie mix and melted butter until crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of the springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time.

In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the springform pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the cheesecake. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
