Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
