This quiche combines the salty, briny flavors of olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese to create a delicious dish perfect for brunch or a light dinner. The flaky pastry crust and creamy egg filling make this a satisfying meal that your family and friends will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line the pie crust with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans.
  3. Bake the crust for 15 minutes. Remove the parchment paper and weights and let cool.
  4. Spread the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese over the bottom of the crust.
