Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
