Rich Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in the zucchini.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
