Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, white sugar, and almond extract. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

  2. In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium-high heat until simmering. Turn off heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over graham cracker crust and spread evenly.

  3. In a food processor or blender, combine raspberries and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour over white chocolate layer and spread evenly.

  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add bananas and brown sugar. Cook until bananas are soft and mixture is thick and syrupy. Pour over raspberry layer and spread evenly.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
