Charcuterie & Pickles Quiche
This Charcuterie & Pickles Quiche is the perfect brunch dish! It’s savory and full of flavor, with a flaky crust and a creamy egg filling. Topped with slices of charcuterie, pickles, and herbs, it’s sure to be a hit.
Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, etc)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, etc)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced charcuterie (prosciutto, salami, etc)
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
- Top with the charcuterie and pickles. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
