Pumpkin Spice-Infused Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas.
