Ingredients:

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch loaf pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, oat flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mashed banana and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
