Peanut Butter Jelly Pancakes Recipe

A delicious twist on the classic pancake, these Peanut Butter Jelly Pancakes are sure to please the whole family. Soft and fluffy pancakes, filled with creamy peanut butter and sweet jelly make the perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and eggs.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grease the skillet with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Drop 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and cook until the edges start to look dry and bubbles form in the center, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove the pancakes from the skillet and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter onto each pancake, then top with a tablespoon of jelly or jam.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
