Pan-Fried Apple Cake with Apple Cider Drizzle

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
