Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker and pretzel crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  2. In a medium saucepan, mix together brown sugar and condensed milk. Bring to a light boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread banana slices over the cooled crust. Pour cooled condensed milk mixture over the banana slices. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, whip cream and confectioners sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the top of the pie and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
