  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup red food coloring
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini bundt cake pan.
