Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar. Mix until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Pour the caramel into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  5. Arrange the banana slices over the caramel. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
