Kimchi Bacon Quiche with Toasted Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pre-made deep dish pie crust
- 2 cups cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the pre-made pie crust onto a baking sheet.
- Spread the chopped bacon and kimchi evenly onto the bottom of the pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, cheddar cheese, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and kimchi.
